At Mondo Exclusive Homes, we know that building great homes starts with building great relationships. To celebrate that shared success and to cap off the end of another financial year we came together on July 18th, 2025 for our 5th Annual Christmas in July celebration, hosted once again at the Carine Tavern. And what a night it was!
This event has grown into one of the highlights of our calendar, offering a chance to unwind, share a meal, raise a glass, and reflect on the year that was. It’s also a time for us to show appreciation to the people who play such an important role in bringing our bespoke homes to life.
As always, the night featured our highly anticipated raffle, with an incredible range of prizes generously donated by our suppliers – from premium wines and gourmet gift boxes to high-end tools, appliances, and more. But beyond the fun and festivities, the raffle had a serious purpose at its core.
Supporting MATES in Construction
This year, we were proud to continue our support for MATES in Construction, a non-profit organisation committed to improving mental health and preventing suicide across the Australian building and construction industry.
Every ticket sold on the night contributed to this vital cause. We’re thrilled to share that thanks to the generosity of those who attended, we raised $1,680 through raffle ticket sales. To further amplify the impact, Mondo’s founder, Ray Kershaw, personally matched the amount, bringing the total donation to an incredible $3,360.
MATES in Construction provides on-site training, support services, and crisis response programs specifically tailored to workers in the construction sector, where mental health challenges are all too common. Their approach is built on connection, awareness, and a commitment to changing the culture around mental health – something we fully support and believe in at Mondo.

We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us on the night, donated prizes, purchased raffle tickets, and helped create such a fantastic atmosphere. Your generosity and community spirit made this our most successful Christmas in July yet – not only in terms of fun and camaraderie, but in the real difference made through our collective support of MATES.
As we now look ahead to another exciting year of custom homebuilding, we’re reminded that it’s the people around us who make it all possible.
