A key architectural feature of the home is its cleverly designed “upside-down” layout. By placing the main suite, ensuite, kitchen, dining, and living areas – along with a spacious balcony – on the first floor, the home captures both light and outlook, maximising its elevated position. This layout also provides highly accessible everyday living, supported by the inclusion of both a lift and a central staircase – future-proofing the home for years to come.

Material selection played a major role in delivering a refined, cohesive aesthetic. A light-toned render gives the exterior a clean, modern edge, while darker accents – seen in the window frames, fencing and custom façade detailing – add depth and contrast. Natural stone cladding was introduced as a tactile counterpoint, adding texture and timeless sophistication.

Inside, the same design intent continues. Bespoke cabinetry enhances both style and storage, with a blend of white and black finishes warmed by natural oak tones.
